Cribbage Classic App Reviews

I have played through deleting app, reinstalling because of frustration for a little over 1000 games in the "standard" mode. The problem is the card distribution algorithm for the computer when 1. You are <= 70% win rate, and approaching approx 70 to 80 points - the point scoring for opponent becomes significant (<=14) and recurs in a statistically impossible manner until the game won by computer, and 2. The trend will continue until computer win rate returns to >= 1/3. This has happened so much that the algorithm is so programmed.

The only thing I would change is the way I have to count my score. Id rather be able to enter in a number than hit each card in each combination that makes points. Other than that, Im pretty happy!

The app is very well designed. You are required to lock in your card toss, so you can move cards around while you think about your best toss. The app allows your replay the point tally in case you missed anything. Three varying difficulty levels. Finally, at the end of your game you get a statistics report showing the moves you made that were sub-optimal for possible points. Essentially showing you were you missed out on points during the game.

Lots of fun . Very fast paced and smooth.
